Service Description

Counselling is a process of growing in self-awareness and self-empowerment towards greater resilience, to cope with the challenges of life. Sometimes going back into ones' life story to address issues there is what is required to be able to move forward into a hopeful empowered future. Sessions are funded under your Employment Assistance Programme (EAP) via you employer (if contracted to Benestar). Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact me no less than 24hrs prior to scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or reschedules will incur a 50% late fee.
