Confidentiality Policy

Tosca provides a confidential service and as such all information will be treated as confidential. Any information shared with third parties will be with the agreement of the client. Confidentiality will be broken in situations where it is considered there are serious concerns for safety for either the client or others. In this situation, Tosca would usually discuss with the client who the appropriate people/services might be to seek support from.

Cancellation Policy

Please note late changes or cancellations of appointments that happen within the 24hr preceding the appointment, will be charged for a cancellation fee of the full/partial fee to cover for expenses at counsellors discretion.

Clients whose sessions are funded by a contract will likely lose out on the session.
